BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please read these conditions carefully they are part of the agreement between us.
1. This contact is between Tristan Purvis trading As Kingsmead Centre and each and every member of the party booking the accommodation (The Clients)
2. Deposits are not refundable, and have togo towards the costs involved in administering bookings and re-
bookings.
3. All prices quoted are the total accommodation charges
4. Minimum prices may apply during Peak Periods and will be stated on your booking confirmation.
5. A booking may be made on a provisional basis, by telephone, but the deposit must be received within seven
days.
6. Confirmation of a booking will be sent upon receipt of the booking form, and an invoice for the balance of charges will be sent to you for payment at latest 6 weeks before departure.
7. A booking is accepted on the basis of the information supplied on the booking form, and numbers cannot be
increased, or persons substituted without our written confirmation, as this may affect charges payable. In any
event, the numbers in a party must not exceed the maximum number for the accommodation. The client will not
sublet or share the property except with the persons named on the booking form.
8. No liability is accepted by the owners for loss of mains services or failure of appliances, nor for the
consequences of the acts or omissions of persons who may control supply of mains services, nor any actions
taken in the vicinity of the property by any authority over which there is no control by the owners.
9. Any bank charges incurred, representing cheques, not paid by your bank, will be added to your invoice.
10. This contract cannot be cancelled, except in writing to us at Kingsmead Centre, Clayhidon, Cullompton, DEVON, EX15 3TR, and the following scale of charges will apply:

11. Bookings for persons under the age of 18 years will only be accepted if guaranteed by a Parent, and at our discretion
12. Availability of accommodation is on the understanding that it will be available at the times and dates stated on your booking confirmation. If this is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. Fire / Theft), we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative, but if this is not possible, your deposit will be returned, and there will be no further claim against us.
13. Facilities are continually being improved and updated, and we reserve the right to make any alterations, which we think are necessary
14. Group or party bookings must be arranged in advance and full details of all party members must be given at the time of booking. Single sex groups are accepted at our discretion.
15. Public Liability insurance is carried by us, which provides for damage or injury caused by our proven negligence. No other liability is accepted. Please take every care to ensure your own safety and follow all rules and directions.
16. We reserve the right to refuse to hand over accommodation to persons who are unsuitable to take charge due to Intoxication, Drugs or any other cause which we consider justifies such action.
17. The client(s) are responsible for any breakages, losses or damage to the property (other than normal wear and tear)
18. The client agrees to permit the owners or their agents reasonable access to the property for maintenance or inspection.
19. The client undertakes to take out adequate travel insurance for every member of the party.
